DS Smith- CNMV Authorisation

DS Smith is pleased to note that The Board of the Spanish Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has today authorised its proposed acquisition of Papeles y Cartones de Europa, S.A., known as Europac.

Following the authorisation, DS Smith anticipates the offer documentation being posted to shareholders of Europac as soon as practicable.
