DS Smith is committed to the highest ethical standards in the way in which we engage with each other, our customers, employees, contingent workers, shareholders, suppliers and other stakeholders.

It is DS Smith’s policy to build a climate where employees know that they will be supported if they report suspected breaches of our Code of Conduct to management.

The alternative ways to raise a concern contained within the Speak Up Policy are available to any stakeholder who might suspect an incident of malpractice, unethical behaviour or breach of local laws.
