Your Role

At our factories we are helping to redefine packaging for a changing world. Our factories are at the forefront of sustainable packaging – helping to move the world closer to a circular economy. We need our engineering teams to keep our sites safe and reliable, ensuring maximum efficiency to enable us to innovate and drive our sustainability agenda.  We are looking for talented, passionate people who have an appetite  for root cause problem solving and can suggest continuous improvements to our processes.   

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with multi-functional teams, as we continually improve our methodologies to keep our assets at the highest level of availability, working to the highest standards of safety and quality. 

We are constantly seeking talented individuals to join our team in various engineering roles; such as Multi-Skilled Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers and Automation Engineers.

Who We Are Looking For

• We are seeking individuals with outstanding problem-solving abilities, an analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and a minimum of NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in engineering.
• You should be eager to continuously learn and contribute  positive change across sites and  business units.
